Roberts Eidemanis Life story
Roberts Eidemanis was a Latvian Soviet Komkor, writer and poet. He was born in Lejasciems, Gulbene Municipality of Latvia. Eideman fought in World War I in the Imperial Russian Army and the Russian Civil War on the side of the Soviet Red Army. He was a member of the Russian Constituent Assembly of 1918.
