Robert Adams Life story
Robert Adams was an American Advaita teacher. In later life Adams held satsang with a small group of devotees in California, US. He mainly advocated the path of jñāna yoga with an emphasis on the practice of self-enquiry.

Ben Ashman admitted five offences
A Man who went about his step-mother in a drunken rage at A Wedding was jailed for Six Years .
Ben Ashman, 37, went on a rampage in the Parking lot at Bowburn Hall, near Durham, at The End of his step-brother, Connor Ashman ' s wedding on 23 August.
His stepmother, Kathryn Ashman suffered injuries, including a broken face and broken ribs, when she was run over Three Times by his 4x4 Vauxhall.
He also admitted five offences when he appeared in Newcastle Crown Court .
judge Robert Adams said Mrs Ashman's injuries were "frightening" and the defendant, Sunderland Street, Houghton-le-Spring, was "very happy" she was not killed.

Ben Ashman went on a rampage in the Parking lot at Bowburn Hall in the vicinity of DurhamAshman drove at speed around the Car Park to aim at people, including Kyle, with whom he had little contact, as he will be slowed down.
He then smashed into Ms Young Nissan Juke, The Court heard, what had tried to be a brother to hide behind.
Ashman then careered into his step-mother, then reversed over her.
He pulled himself together, then drove forward over it again.
The Court heard that he had not beaten the intention to, and had the limited view through the broken windshield.
'Out of character'Ashman fled in the direction of the South along the A1(M), quit after seven miles due to the amount of damage to his car.
Lewis Kerr , defending, said his client was suffering from "psychological difficulties" in time and is full of remorse, grief, and fear."
judge Adams said there were no signs of hostility between Ashman and His Family before The Wedding and it was really out of character".
Ashman, the added had, what manner of serious injury by Dangerous Driving attempted grievous Bodily Harm , Dangerous Driving , common assault and damage to property.
He was also banned from driving for five and a half years.
