Rika Ishii is a Japanese singer and actress. She started her career under the management of Kaori Okui in 2000 as J-Pop idol singer Peachy and released three singles before joining idol agency Hello! Project as a soloist in 2001 as 石井リカ (RIka Ishii, different reading).
