Rick Wilford

Professor Rick Wilford, who has died aged 73, was an academic of distinction and a regular media commentator on political issues. Born in Wales, he had been living in Northern Ireland for 41 years since his appointment as a lecturer in politics at Queen's University Belfast in October 1980.
