Rick Hillier Life story
Rick J. Hillier OC CMM ONL MSC CD is a retired Canadian Forces general, who served as the chief of the Defence Staff from 4 February 2005 to 1 July 2008. He previously served as the chief of the Land Staff from 30 May 2003 until his promotion to CDS.
