Rebecca Hyland Life story
Rebecca Hyland (born September 23, 1979) is a British actress known for working in Children's Television. She is the actress who played Laa-Laa in the 2015 Teletubbies reboot. Hyland is best known for playing Upsy Daisy in one of Ragdoll's other shows In the Night Garden.
