Ramiro Prialé Life story
Ramiro Abelardo Prialé Prialé was a Peruvian politician. A member of the American Popular Revolutionary Alliance, he was a friend of Víctor Raúl Haya De La Torre. He served as the President of the Senate from July 1964 to July 1965, and from July 1987 until his death.
