R. Daniel Beauchamp Life story
R. Daniel Beauchamp, MD, is the John Clinton Foshee Distinguished Professor of Surgery. He served as Chairman of the Section of Surgical Sciences, and Surgeon-in-Chief of Vanderbilt University Hospital from July 2001 through June 2018. He has been a full-time faculty member at Vanderbilt since December 1994.
