About Professor Phenomenus
Professor Phenomenus is a scientist who specializes in alien searching. He replaces Mr. Caplan and Jerome Stone as Bulk and Skull's linking character for two seasons. Unlike the former characters who were strict and abusive, Phenomenus had a very quirky, scatterbrained personality and a very sweet nature.
