Who knew parenting could be such a cutthroat world? This programme follows six feisty Atlanta mothers who jockey to one-up one another and become the ultimate mom. Throwing extravagant birthday parties and putting 1-year-olds on strict vegan diets are some of the ploys they use to ascend to the top of the clique. Featured players include self-made entrepreneur Emily, the ring leader; Emily's partner in crime, Nicole N. , whose "child" is her pet dog; stay-at-home Miranda; health conscious Nicole B. , who often challenges Emily and Nicole N. 's plans; newcomer Meredith, who seeks acceptance; and affluent divorcee Marci, who brings another perspective to the group.
