Polwatte Buddhadatta Thera Life story
The Venerable Ambalangoda Polwatte Buddhadatta Mahanayake Thera was a Theravada Buddhist monk and a professor of Buddhist philosophy at Vidyalankara University. During 1928 he travelled to Switzerland to teach Pāli but found no suitable students.
