Piotr Mieszkowski, Senior was a bishop suffragan of Włocławek. Author of several political books and brochures, among them Institutio peregrinationum, peregrinantibus peroportuna.... In 1644 he consecrated the church Katedra p.w. Najświętszej Panny Marii in Włocławek.
