Philip Sendak Life story
Philip Sendak was a children's literature author. He is the father of the author and illustrator Maurice Sendak, winner of the Caldecott Medal, and the children's author Jack Sendak. He emigrated from Poland to United States in 1913. Sendak died at the age of 75.
