Philip Sassoon Life story
Sir Philip Albert Gustave David Sassoon, 3rd Baronet, GBE, CMG was a British politician, art collector, and socialite, entertaining many celebrity guests at his homes, Port Lympne Mansion, Kent, and Trent Park, North London. He served as a staff officer during the First World War, from July 1914 to November 1918.
