Peter Ricketts Life story
Peter Forbes Ricketts, Baron Ricketts, GCMG, GCVO is a retired British senior diplomat and a life peer. He has sat as a crossbencher in the House of Lords since 2016. Ricketts served as chair of the Joint Intelligence Committee under Prime Minister Tony Blair.
D-Day anniversary: New pictures in the Normandy-released memorial
World War II veterans, the D-Day anniversary trip to the new British Normandy Memorial was brought in to be cancelled, to select a new film material from The Site for The Day .

"We share their frustration that the example, have unprecedented circumstances of the pandemic, made that impossible. But the Good News is that We Are pushing with real determination, the construction, in spite of all the obstacles.
"I pay credit to the commitment of all involved in this. "
