Peter Grootings

The Editor: Peter Grootings is a Dutch sociologist who worked at the European Coordination Centre for Research and Documentation in the Social Sciences, (the Vienna Centre), from 1981-1987. He currently works at the European Centre for the Development of Vocational Training, (CEDEFOP), in Berlin.
