About Per'sus
Per'sus was the Supreme High Councilor of the Tok'ra. In 2000, he was almost killed on Vorash by Major Thomas Graham, who had been turned into a Za'tarc. After traveling to Earth to sign the treaty between the Tok'ra and the Tau'ri, he intruded with the President of the United States.
