Pavel Latushko Life story
Pavel Pavlovich Latushko is a Belarusian politician and diplomat. He was the Minister of Culture of the Republic of Belarus from 2009 to 2012. In March 2023, a Belarusian court sentenced him in absentia to 18 years' imprisonment.
