Paul Bell Life story
Paul A. Bell was the Iowa State Representative from the 57th and 41st Districts. He served in the Iowa House of Representatives from the 57th District and the 41st District from 2003 and until his death in June 2010. He received his BA from the University of Northern Iowa.

Horsforth: Boy, 15, critically injured in reported stabbing near school

A 15-year-old boy has been critically injured in a reported stabbing near a school in Leeds.
Police were called to Town Street in Horsforth, near St Margaret's Primary School, just before 15:00 GMT on Tuesday.
A Teenage Boy has been arrested in connection with The Incident , West Yorkshire Police said.
A police cordon has been put in place and a force spokesperson said inquiries were ongoing.
The Head teacher at nearby Horsforth School said The Victim was a former pupil at The School who had been stabbed on St Margaret's Avenue.
In a message to parents, Paul Bell said: " Our thoughts and sympathies lie with His Family at This Time while The Student is receiving medical treatment.
" We Are aware of the distress and upset this has caused students and staff who know The Student . "
Yorkshire Ambulance Service said A Number of response vehicles were sent to The Scene .
At The Scene - Spencer Stokes, BBC YorkshireAt around 15:00 GMT this afternoon there was an incident outside Horsforth School which involved a group of teenagers.
One of them was taken to hospital with critical injuries while another teenager has been arrested. There were several police vehicles in the vicinity, The Police helicopter was hovering overhead and the Yorkshire Air Ambulance landed at The Scene and left after about an hour.
I've seen lots of students from Horsforth School gathering close to The Scene . Some of them were in tears, some were visibly shaken and upset.
St Margaret's Primary kept its pupils in at The End of The School day so they could be collected and Taken Home by their parents.
