About Pantolambda
Pantolambda is an extinct genus of Paleocene pantodont mammal. Pantolambda lived during the middle Paleocene, and has been found both in Asia and North America. Cretaceous mammals, which had to compete with dinosaurs, were generally small insect eaters.
