P. Vijayan Life story
P Vijayan, is the Inspector General of Police Kochi Range. He is a 1999 batch official of the Indian Police Service. He is the founder and chief architect of the Student Police Cadet Project, a youth development initiative. Now Vijayan IPS is the IG of Kerala Coastal Police. Their HQ is in Kochi.
