Otis F. Glenn Life story
Otis Ferguson Glenn was a Republican United States Senator from the State of Illinois. He was born in Mattoon, Illinois on August 27, 1879. After graduating from law school in 1900 from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, he began practicing law in Murphysboro.
