Ostap Vyshnia was a Ukrainian writer, humourist, satirist, and medical official. Nicknamed by many critics as the Ukrainian Mark Twain and the Ukrainian Printing King; His fame was said to have competed in early Soviet Ukraine only two: Taras Shevchenko and Vladimir Lenin.
