Oles Alekseevich Buzina was a Ukrainian journalist and writer known for his criticism of Ukrainian politics and for the support of closer ties of Ukraine, Belarus, and Russia. He was murdered on 16 April 2015, shot on the footpath not far from his flat in Kyiv. The murder case has not yet been solved.
