Oleksander Tysovsky Life story
Dr. Oleksander Tysovsky, pseudonym: "Drot", founded the Ukrainian Scouting organization Plast in 1911 and adapted the universal Scout principles to the needs and interests of Ukrainian youth. In 1944 he emigrated to Vienna.
