Norio Imai Life story
Norio Imai was born in 1946 and lives and works in Osaka, Japan. Imai is the youngest member of the Japanese avant-garde Gutai Art Association and the only member to be born after the second world war. He joined the group in 1965. He was just 17 when he participated in the 14th Gutai Art Exhibition.
