About Nepafenac (Nepafenak)
Nepafenac is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug, usually sold as a prescription eye drop 0. 1% solution or 0. 3% solution. It is used to treat pain and inflammation associated with cataract surgery. Nepafenac is a prodrug of amfenac, an inhibitor of COX-1 and COX-2 activity.
