About Mystery Man

The Fox Inn closed on Friday, but The Kitchen is a hive of activity again
A mysterious man was arranged to his entire village fish and chips in an attempt to get the community together, in the coronavirus lockdown.
Stephen Davidson, owner of The Fox Inn in Denchworth, Oxfordshire, said he was recruited by his fellow villagers.
He Said he also wanted to show "the importance of pubs in Village Life ," and hoped the others would obey him.
The Meals are delivered on Friday and there are plans for more in The Coming weeks.
The generous donor was not a frequent user of the pub, Mr Davidson explains.
"He was willing to Finance it, once in the week, a take-away for each member of The Village ," Mr Davidson said.
"He Said he would like to do it for at least 12 weeks. Depending on how things go, he's up at two in the week.
"He can wear it to more than that depending on your needs, and to take it. "
All 171 of The Village residents are entitled to a free meal of fish and chips in the Pub-owner Stephen Davidson said that future deliveries of curries and fried meals,could include, He added: "He wants the attention for this.
"He thinks that people like him have the happiness that you do in their situation for their communities, if at All possible. "
Denchworth is in the vicinity of The Town of Wantage and has 171 inhabitants.
Mr Davidson said the scheme will be carried out by a small group of volunteers, the wearing of disposable gloves and masks, while he and his wife cooked food in the pub kitchen to compliance with strict hygiene standards.
In the later weeks of the pub, The Menu may vary to include curries and fried meals, he added.
