Myriam Díaz Diocaretz (also known as Myriam Diocaretz , Concepción , 1951 ) is a Chilean - Dutch writer , translator , poet and researcher in literary theory and feminist theory . It is the general secretary of the European Writers' Council since 2006, while directing the series Critical Studies (Brill).
