Mykola Marchak Life story
Mykola Makarovych Marchak was a Ukrainian and Soviet politician, who was the acting Chairman of the Council of People's Commissars of the Ukrainian SSR from October 1937 to February 1938. He was a son of a peasant and was a member of the Russian Communist Party from 1921.
