Mykola Kolessa Life story
Mykola Filaretovich Kolessa was a Ukrainian composer and conductor, born in Sambir near Lviv. His father Filaret was a Ukrainian ethnomusicologist and composer and his cousin was the pianist Lubka Kolessa.
