" Five couples -- two from Long Island, three from New Jersey, and all with over-the-top personalities -- are followed as they and their families prepare for the biggest nuptials this side of a royal wedding. It's a bumpy ride leading to the big day, with arguments ensuing over such laughable details as smoke machines at the reception or more serious issues like a prenuptial agreement. Given that these couples stop at nothing to throw the biggest friggin' party of their lives, the drama never seems to stop.
