About Mopey Popo
Mopey Popo is a chimp who was taken from the Townsville Zoo by Mojo Jojo during the events of The Powerpuff Girls Movie. Mojo gave him hyper-intelligence along with hundreds of other monkeys but swiftly rejected him when a gorilla broke Mopey's tank and damaged his brain.
