Moczka

Moczka is a Silesian dish prepared for Christmas. It is prepared from a special type of gingerbread, almonds, raisins, dried plums, dried apricots, pears, dried figs, dried dates, hazelnuts and a large amount of dark beer in which the ingredients are soaked.
