Mikhail Posokhin Life story
Mikhail Vasilevich Posokhin (November 30th (Dec. 13th), 1910 - January 22nd 1989) was a Soviet architect. He was People's Architect of the USSR in 1970 and member of the CPSU since 1961. Posokhin studied at the Moscow Institute of Architecture from 1935 to 1938. He has served as chief architect of Moscow since 1960.
