About Mei Narusegawa
Mei Narusegawa (成瀬川 メイ, Narusegawa Mei) is a fictional character from the series Love Hina and Negima!: Magister Negi Magi by Ken Akamatsu and a protagonist in Kuro Arashi: The Black Storm. She is Naru Narusegawa's half-sister or more accurately, step-sister, since her father married Naru's mother.
