Mehmet Altay (d. 12 Ekim 1972, Ulubey, Uşak), Türk siyasetçi. Ankara Üniversitesi Eğitim Bilimleri Fakültesi Eğitim Yönetimi ve Planlaması Bölümü ve İstanbul Üniversitesi Hukuk Fakültesi mezunudur. Serbest avukat olarak çalışmıştır.
