Medvejie Lake is a long, narrow, snow-fed lake on Baranof Island just south of Sitka, Alaska in the Alaskan Panhandle, which drains into Silver Bay, 8 miles southeast of Sitka, on west coast of Baranof Island, Alexander Archipelago.
