About Mayor Muldoon
Mayor Percival J. Muldoon, also known as Mayor Muldoon, Mr. Mayor or simply Mayor, is the main antagonist of the 2017 film The Nut Job 2: Nutty By Nature. He is the former mayor of Liberty City, Heather Muldoon's father, Gunther's former employer and Surly's second archenemy after Norvirus Raccoon's defeat.
