Maurizio Amendola Life story
Maurizio Amendola was born in Venice as the son of painter Aldo Amendola. He joined the studios of Luciano Capitanio at age 15, where he learned the finer points of cartooning. He also assisted Romano Scarpa on some animation projects in the early 1970s.
