Massimiliano Lotti (born November 25, 1959) is an Italian voice actor. He voiced Jack Torrance in the TV version of Shining, Wolverine in the 90's X-Men cartoon, Grumpy Bear in both the classic and 2007 series of Care Bears, Jiraiya in Naruto and Scar in Fullmetal Alchemist, among others.
