Martin Griffin Life story
Musician Martin Griffin, who played drums with the band Hawkwind, has died. A statement from Martin's family said he had died peacefully surrounded by his loved ones following a short illness. He was best known for playing drums in the cult band between 1978 and 1979 and then again from 1981 to 1983.
