Marnie Lloydd

Marnie Lloydd is a doctoral candidate with the Laureate Program in International Law, and is the recipient of the University of Melbourne's Human Rights Scholarship. Her thesis is entitled 'Other' Foreign Fighters under International Law: Treatment, status and due diligence obligations.
