Marlene Creates ONL RCA is a Canadian artist lives and works in Portugal Cove, Newfoundland. Born in Montreal, Quebec, Creates studied visual arts at Queen's University, then lived in Ottawa for twelve years, moving to Newfoundland in 1985.
