Margot Osmeña Life story
Margarita "Margot" Lim Vargas Osmeña is a Filipino politician who served as a member of the Cebu City Council from 2010 to 2019. She is married to former mayor of Cebu City Tomas Osmeña. A member of the Vargas Clan of Panay and Negros islands, Osmeña was born in Japan and settled there for one and a half year.
