Marcelo Legrand Life story
Born in Montevideo, Uruguay in 1961. He started studying drawing and painting at the Círculo de Bellas Artes under Héctor Sgarbi. From 1981 and throughout a decade, he worked exclusively with graphite on paper. For five years, he focused on a series of heads using this technique.
