Alison Lapper son Parys 'bullied at school' prior to the death of
artist Alison Lapper , has contributed to hit out at "appalling" Mental Health care after the unveiling of the school bullies, and her son is fighting before his death.
Parys Lapper was 19 when his body was found in a Sussex hotel in the last month.
