Manfred Adolf Seel, also known as the Hesse Ripper, Jack the Ripper of Schwalbach and Alaska, was a suspected German serial killer believed to have committed five murders in the Frankfurt Rhine-Main area between 1971 and 2004, and is currently under investigation for four other unresolved deaths.
