Make Me Over, Make Me Under

Each episode of "Make Me Over, Make Me Under" features two women who are in need of complete makeovers. While one woman goes over the top with spray-tans, mile-high heels and fashionable clothing, the other is the complete opposite and spends her days in nothing fancier than jeans and sneakers.
