About Mahmud Shinkafi
Mahmud Shinkafi was governor of Zamfara State, Nigeria from 2007 to 2011. He was a former member of the All Nigeria Peoples Party later defected to People's Democratic Party and is now a member of the All Progressive Congress. He is of Muslim faith and has two wives.
